Upcycled from a thrifted waffle knit hoodie, cut and resewn into a mini layering skirt. The original drawstring from the hood runs through the waistband so it cinches and ties at the front. Layer it over jeans, a swimsuit or a dress. One of one, handmade in Florida.

Fit note Best fits a 25 to 32 in. waist. The drawstring cinches and the fabric has two-way stretch so there is some flexibility in fit.
