Shipping Policy

All Vega Lucia pieces are handmade in small batches and carefully packaged in Florida.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During collection launches and higher order volume, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Vega Lucia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or transit issues once a package has been shipped, but assistance will always be provided in the case of major delivery issues or lost packages.

At this time, Vega Lucia ships within the United States only.
